Level Review
Each child is placed by age. If the age was entered wrongly, or your child has had a birthday since registering, ask an organiser to review the level.
Assigned level
—
Based on your registered age. Level changes go through a short review by our team, so placement stays fair for everyone.
Placement follows the age bands in the tournament handbook, so a request is reviewed by an organiser rather than applied automatically. You'll see the outcome on this page.

Close This Account
Closing your account signs you out and blocks any further sign-in. Your competition record is kept for tournament integrity.
You will no longer be able to sign in, practise, or take part in the championship. Your registration and results stay on our records, as required to keep past standings verifiable — see Terms & Conditions for how long we hold them and how to request erasure.

Terms & Conditions
The terms governing your use of the Practice Arena and the Global Genius League Championships. Last updated 24 September 2026.
1. Use of the Practice Arena
The Practice Arena is provided free of charge to help participants prepare for the Global Genius League Championships. Results from practice rounds are saved to your account so you can track your own progress over time, but they are separate from — and never count toward — official tournament placement or results. Please use the Practice Arena respectfully: don't attempt to disrupt the service, access other users' accounts or data, or use it in a way that isn't age-appropriate for the participants using it.
2. Account & Eligibility
Accounts are created by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of the participant, or by the participant directly if they are 18 or older. Whoever creates the account confirms they have the authority to do so and gives the participation consent shown at signup. Your assigned competition level is determined automatically by the age provided at signup — it is not self-selected. If you believe a level assignment is incorrect, use "Request a Level Review" on the My Leagues page rather than creating a new account. Please provide accurate information when registering.
3. Data & Privacy
We use the participant’s information only to run the account, the leagues and the championships, as set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. We never sell personal information. The participant’s name, photograph, video and achievements are used for publicity only if the optional media consent was given at signup; that consent can be withdrawn at any time by emailing us.
4. Exam Conduct & Fair Play
The Practice Arena itself is not proctored and is intended for preparation only — nothing done here is graded or monitored for competition purposes. The official, graded championship rounds are recorded and reviewed, and are subject to their own conduct and fair-play requirements, which every competitor is expected to follow. Competitors need a laptop, desktop or tablet with a working camera and a stable internet connection. If a connection drops during a round, email hello@globalgeniusleague.com within 24 hours; each case is reviewed and a re-attempt may be offered.
5. Registration Fees
The Practice Arena is free. Entry to a championship carries a registration fee, shown on the Payment Information page in your local currency. A place is confirmed only once the fee is received. Fees are non-refundable; see the Refund & cancellation policy. Payments are recorded against your account by an organiser; we do not store card or bank details.
6. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or fair-play expectations. The account holder (the parent/guardian, or an adult participant) may close the account at any time from the Close Account page. Closing blocks all further sign-in; your registration and competition record are retained so past standings stay verifiable. To request full erasure of your personal data, email hello@globalgeniusleague.com.
7. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time as the Practice Arena and the Global Genius League Championships evolve. We'll make a reasonable effort to let registered users know of any significant changes.
8. Contact
Questions about these terms, or requests relating to your data, can be sent to hello@globalgeniusleague.com.
